I have been Diagnosed with TOS and they have just done injections of botox into the scalene muscle both anterior and posterior in the neck. It is supposed to give relief to the spasm and pain within 3-5 days and last 6 months or so. there is also a surgical procedure if the injections work that is pemenant. The Dr. that specializes is Julie Freschlege ( not sure of the spelling) in the ortho pedic department at Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore , MD and the Dr. That did my injection was Dr. Opida from Altoona PA
