Is there anyone out there who has been cured? I've had piriformis syndrome for 18 years, and I was only diagnosed a month ago. I've had a steroid injection into the muscle, and I'm having regular physical therapy, but everything I've read about the condition suggests it is very difficult to cure, and I've been on prescription painkillers these 18 years. I would like some good news for a change.
