I currently have sleep apnea, but several years ago when I was unaware of what SA even was my Mom went for a test, they lost the results of it :(....and I didn't push her to go have it re-done. She's always had various medical problems(heart, high BP,arthritis....). My question now is, can SA have an affect on your kidneys if not treated ? Could it be possible due to combination of her medical problems.... everything just "working together" (she's 81 now). It was probably 8-10 years ago when she had that sleep test that got lost! And who knows, she probably had SA longer than that. Any info would be appreciated....thanks !! Rhonda
