I suffer from a very similar rash though only get in on my palms and fingers, and yes it too is very itchy fluid filled deep small "blisters". I have worked out what triggers mine though- i beleive it is after eating and drinking too much over a period of a few days- like you do whilst on vacation. Getting back to basic simple eating and plenty of water seems to speed up my recovery.hope this helps
