I think you had better rethink about age, I have spinal stenosis for 3 years and I'm 75. It is what is and what does age have to do with it. I would find a new Dr. I've not had surgery because it has not stopped the spinal fluid.Start walking in a swiming pool and get a good P.T. there is also a morphine implant pump and it's not like having an injection it stay's right in the spinal cord.Make sure by an MRI you do not have neuropathy and by all means see a neurosurgeon.
