Have you tried the epidural injections? I have a herniated disk and had a series of 3 injections and they helped a lot. My doctor now has me in water therapy to help get the strength back in my legs. There's also something new called a DRX 9000 and this machine stretches the spine. Guess it works really well and it's a way to go to avoid surgery. I know now that if I get bad, I can turn to this next. I don't want surgery and I'll try to avoid it if I can.
