Fiber would include grains. cereal, bread, crackers, rice cakes etc. roughage would include apple peels, celery, lettuce...vegetables and fruit that are hard to digest. so, peel your fruits, and chow down the grains. blessings. also, walking and working out will straighten out your innards quite well. in old days, rich gentry had to ride horse to shake up their digestive system because they were sedentary.
