ive got this skin rash or whatever,i feel it all over ,it itch,it appears in my arms stomach,upper body mostly, it feel like its starting to crawl slowly,im worried,the last time i can remember what i did was maybe i ate that expired frozen food in the fridge, spaghetti with meatballs bought from wallmart.i dont know if this was the cause of it,its been 2 weeks now ,all i do was rub caladryl lotion on my skin,buy other stuff for medications. still im worried when this is all going to heal.my skin looks like spots of texture looking surfaces appears from spot to spots.need advice from you ,thanks
