I have had fibromyalgia for 12 years now, and have seen many doctors who say I have the serve chronic pain. I have been to a pain management program which was ok. How do I live, all I ever do is sleep with the cfs and gets me down. Of late I hate going out and feel to stay home the best way to cope. I also have irratiabe bowel syndrome so my life is just pain everyday. Has anyone out there been through this and how have you coped? Thanks Debby
