Hi, Nicole. I eat four prunes with breakfast each day and also have a few raisins on my cereal. You can get prune juice if you prefer a juice. I don't know if your son would go for it, but you might try sprinkling a little bran on his meat. Maybe if you did that to everyone's meat in the family, he wouldn't feel so odd about it. Raisin bran cereal for breakfast is another possibility. Salads also help, although from what you say, your son may not be fond of them. I do know that eating a lot of meat tends to increase constipation. Hope that helps. --Russ
