My son is allergic to cows milk, when he has any dairy products that contain cows milk he gets diareha, a really sick stomach and sometimes vomits. Most food allergies affect the stomach or bowels or you can get a bad reaction such as hives or breathing problems. My son has seen a allergest and has had the tests done, he ended up with 33 allergies-some food-some are from the envirment. He has had 6 years of allergie shots, they have seemed to help hin allot. The rag weed and mold which comes in the Fall he has allot of sinus and watery eye problems, he normally is on presripition drugs at that time. My son drinks soy milk, he is used to it, he has drank it all his life. Food allergies can be avoided, Just don't eat or drink them and you won't be sick, envirmental allergies you can't avoid, that is were your trouble is. Karen
