Hi my name is Rocky, I’m 14 years old When ever I play football (soccer) on Sunday morning at 11am my hamstring are very tight, after about 10 minutes I find it difficult to run I tried all various stretching exercise before the game but it is still very tight. During training in the late afternoon no problem at all, it is only in the mornings. As any one know of a cure or exercise to do. Thanks very much.
