Hi. Also have fibromyalgia & find that one has to keep trying different things as there isn't alot of help for people with fibro pain. Deep massage is good [if one afford it], and exercise [walking or water aerobics]. Also a balanced diet is important. Recently I have started CORAL CALCIUM & find that am in much less pain & sleep better. The coral calcium has about 70 minerals in it. One could also take trace minerals & a calcium - magnesium combination as magnesium helps calcium absorb better. Also OMEGA 3-6-9 & FLAX SEED OIL is good to take.
