from mild to severe dysplasia

I'm 24 yrs old, got married 3 yrs ago, no kids and happy marriage. Two years ago I was diagnosed w/ a low level of cervical dysplasia and HPV, I went for a second opinion and unfortunately I went to the wrong place the doctor told me not to worry that I was very young that there was nothing to worry about. After a few months of having pap smears he gave me an appointment to freeze my cervix w/ out letting me know before the treatment. It didn’t give me a good impression since I had told him before, that a few times after having intercourse I bleed with pain and his answer was “don’t worry just drink a Tylenol before you have sex”. To my knowledge and I am not a Dr. but I think that bleeding w/ pain and mild dysplasia are not a good sing. After a bad experience I was referred to a very good Gynecologist (the one I have now). I had a pap smear w/ the new Doctor and everything came back normal. After a follow up another pap smear it came back w/ mild dysplasia, after this I was referred to a Gynecologist Oncologist who also is very, very good. I had a cone biopsy and thanks God everything was fine but after 6 months for a follow up my cervical dysplasia came back Severe (high-level) a step before Carcinoma in Citu (what I understand is cancer that has not spread to another areas). My Oncologist who was very concern told me she is going to do a treatment w/ trichloroacetic acid (I have never heard or read about it) because she doesn’t want to keep choping off my cervix it will make weak to hold a baby. I am very concern since I don’t have any kids (I will really love to have at least one). I am sorry for such a long story but I’m so worry.
