My Sister has a prem baby born a 28wks, he was diagnosed as a CP baby, it depend on the degree of CP the baby has. His physio therapist says he will eventually walk and talk but can't say how well he will do this and how long it will take, he is now two years old. Don't wait to take this baby for Physio the earlier you start the better results. We never took him for Physio in the begining we were told to only start from the age of two but have now been informed the earlier the better. His results are unbelievable now and we see a change all the time
