I am a 42 year old female I have been to every doctor and still no answers,I get these hard hit dizzy spells kinda like someone hits me in the head with a hammer and i feel the whoa and then it fades away and i feel kinda weak and start burping and sometimes i already have a headache and sometimes i dont even get one. I feel as tho everything stops in my body for a second and then starts back up.They say it is migraines but it is so hard for me to believe I also have pain in my neck muscles and in the base of my skull Please any help woul greatly be appreciated
