i have he same issue since birth and i was using perdiem for years til recently they taken it off the market cuz they went into pill forms and that dosnt work anymore , i use now miralaxs an it works very well, its a powder formula and can mixs it with anything and it has no taste, talk with your dr. its a prescription ,u take it once a day, also prune juice is very good for you( alot of potassium) and i combine them together .
