The masseurs and chiros are all well and good, and they are a very useful part of caring for one's body - BUT !! Before you have anyone working on that neck you really need to find out just exactly where the vertebrae are situated and if they are intact or may be impinging on the spinal cord or any of the nerves. It may cost something - do you have a teaching hospital anywhere near - they do have "staff" cases that pay very little or nothing - you need to ask. Once you have a permanent damage you can't go back. I know I am probably relating a frightening message, but the stakes could be very high. Please use your good common sense and at least find out just where you stand. Especially since you have had some trauma more than once. Please!!! Good Luck!!!
