I, too, have IBS. The things that have helped me are keeping a dairy of my diet and eliminating those foods that trigger the IBS. My diet consist only of meat,low carb veggies, cheese, some nuts and water. Each person's system is different so diet may be very different from mine. I also had allergy testing and take shots for mold, pollen and food allergies each week. The other thing that has helped is taking 3 calicum pill a day,1 before each meal. The brand of calicum does not matter, just make certain it has littlem or no, magnesium in it. Magnesium triggers many IBS suffers system. Good luck.
