My 16 year old sons has had headaches and dizziness 24/7 for the last five years.On a scale of 1-10 symptoms run are a 8 or 9.Dizziness and headaches wax and whine. The headaches are a full pressure feeling sometimes sharp pains. The dizziness is a sensation of the room spinning. His eyes are dialated and often left eye smaller than right eye. Face skin is a ash color.VNG shows upbeat nystagmus(involntery movement of eyes) also movement can be seem by PT who is highly trained in BPPV. Doc's report vertical or upbeat nystagmus means something in brain stem area.We have had MRI's MRA's and CAT scanns all normal except for sinus cycts in left maxiullary sinus. He has received treatment for BVVP and had sone relief but the relief is now short lived about one hour.. Spinal tap all ok No Lymes, Menieres or MS. He can read only 5 or ten minutes because of increase in symptons.Tried a wide range of med's no help. We have moved in the last year so don't think its anything in the home.Tired diet changes no luck. We have been seeing a Chiropratic Doctor for the last 5 months no change except back and neck feel better. ANY Ideas would be helpful
