Would like to converse with anyone with osteoporosis. Diagnosed 3 years ago,not getting better, pain is very bad in my back, hunched over, trouble sitting,standing,or walking for long periods,been on pain meds most of the winter, no insurance, cant get a job and been denied for social secuirty benefits even though osteoporsis was listed as an eligible condition. Too young to feel this old. What can a woman do with little money, no insurance? Would like to hear from others about thier treatments, I took Vioxx for a while but had my period for a whole month when on it. The drugs used to treat osteo are so expensive.
