Hi, I am having a problem with my feet and ankles with swelling. It started a couple of nights ago, my ankles and feet are so swollen that I can't walk that good and my toes would be freezing cold. At night is the worse with the swelling, that they are about 3 times the size of normal, and can't even see that I have ankles. I went to a doctor yesterday and he thinks it could be an allergy but I didn't eat, drink, or did anything new to have cause the problem. The only thing I could think of is maybe my lower back problems which I do have a list of things including pinched nerves, spinal stenosis, etc gotten worse from trying to shovel snow. That is the only thing that I did differently. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be or experiencing the same thing as me??Any feed back is appreciated, the Benedryl isn't working and the doc might put me on prednisone which makes me blow up when I am on it so I don't see how prednisone would help the swelling. Any info would help me, thank you.
