Hi. I too have been searching out information on PCOS. That's a new term for me, just a few weeks ago I came across it. For years I have been looking for info on insulin resistance. Since I found the Atkins diet plan, researched low carbohydrate eating and begun to use the Glycemic Index, I have learned so much. You too have to begin your own research. There is hope. I would start by just typing in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome treatment as a search topic. I have MSN as a home page so there are some search engines it does not go to but yahoo, google or others should give you much to go "AHaaa about. Once you start reading, if you would like to chat more I am willing. Isn't the internet grand?
