Please confirm what you are saying...I am confused but would like to help. I have delt with cysts personally in the past. You have 2 in your left ovary...one is 52 what? Cm's, mm's? the other is 50? Cm's, mm's... Eight Cm's is generally the max before surgical removal is needed. That would be about the size of a large grapefruit. Rupture at 8 cm's would destroy your ovary. You CAN...repeat...CAN get pregnant with only one ovary. if you only have problems with your left ovary than perhaps removal is something to consider. If not than surgical removal of the CYST is needed. NOT drainage, this will NOT help you. The entire cyst needs to be removed. This CAN be done, easily by a doctor who knows how. What is LD? this is a medication you are taking? What is it? A BC pill? An injectable? Can't help if I don't know what it is... There really aren't any medication that will get rid of a cyst. IF, on the other hand, you have a condition called Polycystic Ovarian syndrome...perhaps you do need to be put on medication, long term. If you have this condition you may find it very difficult to get pregnant. There will be extra measures you will have to take. There are specific characterisitcs to this disease... Overweight, oily-acne skin, facial hair, etc... Blood tests would show and over abundance of testosterone. You also have a diabetic problem and need Glucophage. BC pills is the regular method of treatment for this problem until it is under control. Not sure if this really helps you or not... Your post was somewhat unclear...Hope it helped some...
