Hello, My son when he was 17 years old had epstien bar, he was very tired, he had dark circles under his eyes and he was loosing weight. Due to the fact that he was 17 at the time, his social life was very important to him-plus he had school and was not aloud to do any contact sports (your spleen is enlarged with Epstien Barr). A month went by and he was not any better-in fact he looked worse. He was catching everything because his immune system was so run down.So I put my foot down with him, made him stay in a night more so he was in bed at a desent time-getting more rest is really important, I went to a vitimine shop and bought a vitimine with extra everything in it, made him drink allot of 100% fruit juices and made him eat healthy-( lots of fruits and vegetables)-he even had raisens,celery sticks and carrots for snacking foods. Eventually he started to do a turn around. He was looking better but for almost an entire year he was very tired, just not himself. I wish you luck. karen
