our health problmes sounds so similar to mine I have to ask if you've ever taken Lupron? That is what caused many of my health problems...including my complicated Migraine syndrome, during which I sometimes have TIA's. Anyway...I had a hysterectomy in March and like you, I can not take any estrogen. There are MANY thing available in the health food store for menopausal women!!!! I take a ONE a Day for women over 50, even though I'm only 34. Also there has been some evidence that Kava Kava and Black Cohash help tremendously with Hot flashes....They come packed in Menopausal supplements at ANY health food store and even in the Grocery store...
