Our son has a heart murmur. i found this out when he was about 6 years old. He was checked out by specialist that said he would be fine, to take him home and put him to work! He's 31 years old now. It never caused him any problems.The Dr. heard it and we wanted to know. There's an innocent murmur, then there's the kind that are for real and that would mean that he or she has a hole in their heart or valve. They would have serious symptoms.
