you may think this is dumb but it really works or it did for me and my daughter, in the morning time use the headlice shampoo, then that evening dye your hair, even if it the same color, the dye that you leave in your hair for 30 to 45 minutes will kill the lice and then after your done, use the lice comb to get out the dead lice and eggs.
