For the past few weeks I have noticed extreme fatigue and dizzyness upon standing. I decieded to check my blood pressure and found in averaging about 90/55. My blood pressure has always measured in the 120/80 range for the past 35 years. I am an active person doing cardio and weight training 5 days a week. With the lowering of the blood pressure I find I am only able to do no more than 1/3 my previious cardio and wieghts. I recently lost 18 pounds by reducing carbohydrates daily. I also have been bleeding alot from hemroids over the past three weeks. It seems like the reduction in my excerise capacity relates to the previous two mentioned occurences. I have started to eat like before, careful but more carbohydrates, but have not noticed any change. I'm beginning to get worried and wonder if a doctor vistit isn't in order or should I wait for my system to rebuild.
