Hi Marilyn, Thanks so much for your support! I agree that the fatigue is getting worse than when I was first treated with Prednisone! My pain is bearable, and sometimes, there is none, but I want to get over the fatigue! I don't know if it's the PMR or the Prednisone causing the fatigue, but it's hard to deal with! I feel like I can't make any plans because I never can predict how I'll feel! The mornings are my worst time, and I often don't feel up to doing anything until after noon! I almost always have to take a nap after I've been up for a couple of hours. I'm on 10 mg of Prednisone now, after having several relapses in the past 2 months. Each time it is tapered, I experience a lot more fatigue and I'm noticing new areas of pain, A few of my fingers are sore and swollen, and that's a new symptom. My rheumy wants me to get off the Prednisone as soon as possible, to see what else may be going on, since I am having pain and swelling in my fingers. He said the Prednisone masks other problems going on in the body. How long have you had PMR? I hope you start to feel better soon! Hang in there! Thanks for posting! Shar
