Hi, I went threw a bad spell with that for over a year. I had bloodly diareha, If it was bad I would get really week. I did see a specialist and he did many teats and they all required large amounts of laxatives. I was put on a special diet, No greasy or fried foods, no acidy type food-(oranges, tomatoes),I ate a banana or two a day(that is a binding food and so is peanut butter toast), I did eat yogert and bagles. My doctor told me to keep a food chart, mark down what I ate, If I would get sick, I could look back and try to figure what I ate that was out of the ordinary and omit that item from my diet. I did drink some coffe, I know they had said to try to omit that from my day, but sorry that is asking way to much. I did buy the half caf. and half decafe coffe,I didn't drink as much cause I could feel my lower stomach rumbeling. I was also told to drink water. it dose flush your system. Good Luck, Karen W.
