See a urologist. For men ther is a very simple treatment to get rid of your current warts. But remember, this is a treatment...there is no cure. It is a virus (HPV) and can be spread by sexual contact unless you use protection. Warts can reappear...but again, for men the treatment is very simple and painless. You still can infect others even if the warts are treated and none are visible. Hope this helps.
