Hi everyone. I have a girlfriend who might be coming up with a case of mengitis... She has been vomitting everything she either eats or drinks, feeling drowsy, she has had a headache for the past few days. She dislikes bright lights. Currently she has been taken to the San Jose Good Samaritan where she was submitted to the ER and had been given a few blood tests, spinal tap, cat scan and has been given some antibiotics. I had just taken her home from the Hospital around a day and a half ago, and it seems that her symptoms are coming back slowly, her headache has become the same headache from when she was treated, she just started vomitting again yesterday (a couple of times), but she can still eat. Is there anything around the house that could make the symptom re-occurr? We have kissed, so what should i do? What food/medicines should she/me be given? What to stay away from? Any thing i can prepare for her? etc... Any reply will be appreciated, thanks.
