I started breaking out in hives when I was five years old,Iwas stung by RED WASPS picking black berries ,needless to say they never leftuntil Iwas six.When I was fifteen I took Penicillin it triggered the hives again they left for several years and came back in 1989,Ihave been to so many doctors I could screem,if it would do any good,Ibreak out worser now than I ever have,I have been trying other remendys,like vitimin b-12 1000mg 3 times a day for 1 week then 500mg thereafter twice a day ,1000mg 3 times a day vitimin C for 1 week ,thereafter 500mg once a day to help my immune system(vitimin C)B12 to help rebuild my damaged cells where the fluid leaks out causing the hives to break out .leave off (ALL)spicy foods,including chips.leave off all cokes(ACID)for 1 month.IT has helped me I know it can help one of you hive suffers.I allso have a diet you can go by 3 days on the diet 4 days off the diet ,it sure has helped me get rid of the built up chemicals in my body,I dont suffer as much now .Email me, I will give you the diet,you must go by it or it wont help you.
