I have a daughter who had the same problems plus she could have just gone and not two minutes later wipe out her pants. What we determined was going on was she had an enlarged tube leading to her kidney and after she had gone to the bathroom it would back up into that tube from the bladder. Then would come back out. She had no way of knowing that this was going to happen. She took meds and finally out grew it. Then it started again a few years later and this time it was because she had an overactive bladder. Now she takes ditropan 3 times daily for this. There is also a chance that he could have allergies and this can sometimes cause bedwetting. I would suggest you contact an allergist.
