I have been diagnosed with SMA and Fibromyalia and I know exactly what you mean. My problem is that I don't know which symptoms go with which condition. My doctor will not give me pain medication, but I do take Trazadone at night to help me get some sleep. I do sleep better with the trazadone, but I am exhausted buy 11:30 a.m. every day. Stress will make the fibro flare up, which could be causing the pain in our legs.
