I'm going to assume that you've tried vitamins.....perhaps you can look into Acupuncture, Reflexology or Magnet Therapy. The magnets you can wear many hours and the reflexology you can do to yourself with a little effort or you can have someone else do it to you. All of these will avvect the adrenal glands and reduce any residual pains. Good Luck,
