I am 35 and also have PCOS. I completely understand your problem. I have only recently found a doctor that will help. I am nearly 300 pounds but I am 5'8". I start fertility medication next month to try & ovulate & then my doctor will do artificail insemination. He is an endocrinologist. He specializes is infertility. I would suggest calling doctors who specialize in infertility because they should have a better understanding of PCOS. Also see if you can get a doctor to try Glucophage treatment. That may help. It is the same drug used to help diebetics, and it helps regulate the insulin levels in the pancreas. They have discovered that may be a cause of PCOS. When you call a OB/gyn or any fertility doctor, ask the nurse on the pphone to be honest does the doctor have a weight prejudice. How many large women does he help. It can make a big difference. Good luck.
