I haven't been on that medication, but I can say that pancreatitis can be HE-L! Summer of 2000, my pancreatitis was caused from a wrong snip during my splenectomy. Was in hospital for a month, and had a PICC line at home for several months, and it was NOT fun. I was not on meds for the pancreatitis for the digesting, but mainly the PICC line with nutrition and calories flowing in. Just had to go back to food very gradually (starting with things like oatmeal textured rice, clear soup, gradually, gradually going up like that. Now, finally on regular diet, thank goodness, and pancreatitis is gone. Thank you, thank you! Pancreatitis has to be one of the most painful things I have ever gone through. Best of Luck, Hana
