Have you tried Nexium. My friend had terrible problem with his stomach and didn't go to the bathroom regularly etc., He started taking Nexium and hasn't had any pain and is going to the bathroom with no problems. For spasms in my upper stomach, I used Levsin .125 and haven't had any problem. For one week before, I couldn't swallow my own spit because of the spasms. Also I would consider other doctors, surgury should be the last resort. Don't let them give you any generic or different medicine, that are suppose to be the same, because they are not. Especially the Nexium. My girlfriend from high school, had to have a colostmy(where you wear the bag on your side)she was only 25 years old, two small children and a wondering husband. They divorced after that, but she remarried a great guy who told her he didn't care if she had two bags. So don't dispare, go to school and think about a future for yourself. Good luck to you.
