Wow This is scary here. I have Fibromyalgia/Myofascial Pain Syndrome and live in constant pain. I am working with a Rheumatologist now though and it's getting a little better. But - I too had a cholestoral reading of 1300. Years back, I'd been on Pravachol for five years and I don't like what I'm hearing! I am on Zocor now as of 6 months ago. I thought it was just my imagination when I very first heard about the muscle weakness and breakdown asscoiated with these meds. Further digging is required here!
