Please take caution in eradicating candida. It really doesn't want to go. If you try to do it too fast it can make you very very sick, much sicker than you were. called die off reactions or herxheimer reactions, candida give on mycotoxins as they die which can cause major GI, sinus, and muscle aches and pains and dizziness. I missed a week of work because i tried an herbal tea that was supposed to work quickly. I was so sick. That is why I recommend the slow approach. Many herbal antifungals are just as effective as rx. The best are oil of oregano, olive leaf extrac and undecylic acid from castor bean oil. Just remember to start slow. Acidophilus alone WONT kill candida. It just helps grow healthy microflora. You must take some type of antifungal. Plus things to boost your immune system. I have found MGN3 helps, which can be purchased at health food stores, to be very effective as well as Beta 1,3,D glucan and colostrum.
