I have had all types of diet pills, even when I was diagnosed with MS - I believe they were either Fastin or Ionamin and the first week they were great! I found however, that after that I began to really get jittery or depressed or have anxiety attackes if I didn't take double-dose. And so it went for several months, lost weight, but realized I must be addicted to these darn diet pills. Sometimes they would make me feel on top of the world and other times they just made me jittery and most uncomfortable. I also would get more dizzy at times and other times be real clear-headed. I had taken diet pills many years before and always ended up taking more than the dose given; and each time I came "down" from using them vowed never to take any more. But I always did. I haven't had any for 7 yrs. and am tempted to try again but afraid of how the stimulant will affect my OPCA - and do not want to get all strung out. I have tried all the natural ones with ephedra, gotu kola, caffeine, etc. and I eventually get more dizzy and "strung out" on these "natural ones". Any suggestions?
