The most effective way to lose weight is to move more than you eat. Walking at a brisk pace is best - start slow and work your way up. If you can only walk 10 minutes at first, start there and work up, adding 5 minutes every few days until you are up to one hour. No weight loss plan will work if you do not measure how much food you are ingesting. I know it sounds harsh, but it is true. Try to balance your carbohydrate and protein intake (about 35-40% each) with a small amount of healthy fats (20-30%). Most woman do well on 1500 calories a day, most men on 2000. There is no majic pill. I wish there was!
