I heard about that too, but said "no more weird chemicals". So I just happened to see a woman who lost 120 lbs. on lots of fruits and vegetables, minus flour and dairy from her diet. I started eating lots of fruits and vegetable and have started to lose a lb. a day. Apparently you can eat like 5lb. of fruits and vegetables raw to equal 1500 calories. If you cook them, they lose their nutritional value and fibre. With so many raw fruits and veggies, I think all that fibre has really done something for me. Its worth a try and you will be healthier too. I read that it can stop Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis in its tracks! Its worth a try! What do you have to lose, except the weight and maybe the pain too!
