Cumadin X Dental surgery

mil

Message 2 of 15 Previous Next

Normally coumadin should be stopped several days before dental surgery, to prevent excessive bleeding. You should consult the doctor who is presribing the coumadin for the exact timing. Coumadin does stay in your blood for a while, and the timing depends on your Protime. I hope you are being followed up by having a Protime at least once a month.
