Just had laser surgery nine days ago. Went because of having to get up at night on average of 4 to 6 times. Tuesday morning the catheter was removed. Tuesday night seemed o.k. generally, i.e., the need to go. However Wednesday night I went 9 or 10 times. I called my doctor who said not to worry that it woudl get better. However, Thursday night it was about 8 visits. Last night, Friday I found myself having to get up about 8 or 9 times between the hours of 11 PM and 3 AM actually an increase plus extreme urgency to go. Right now it's around 3:15 AM. If someone out there has any comments, they would be greatly appreciated. I've generally understood that the laser procedure has mimimal side effects. Of course I hope my doctor is right about the problem lessening over time.
