Evening - I'm concerned. Have a second DVT - this time in my left leg. (I'm female, 52) Had a DVT last June in my right leg. I'm taking coumadin (10mg) and Lovenox (1 ML) to get me to therapeutic levels. Once I am, doc is going to look at my Protein C, for getting a DVT in both legs seems a little more uncommon, than just one leg being bothered with the DVT. But I'm also being treated for an autoimmune disorder with prednisone (40 mg) and plaquenil (400 mg.) Wonder if anyone has had any experience with such long term therapies and would give me some guidance? Thank you!
