My 15 year old daughter has 4 symptoms of IgAN, In the fall she breaks out in rashes and has hemmaturia in her urine almost constanly. She has flank pain that sends us to the er which is treated with pain killers recently she had a needle biopsy done which said she did not have IgAN. Does anyone know how accurate the needle biopsy is?? can it bring negtive results with the IgAN still being there? can anyone e-mail me and let me know i am frantic and at the end of my rope. Because she has 4 symptoms out of 6 but yet it hasnt shown up. thank you to anyone who can help me with this...
