Although I was fortunate not to have thrown up, I did get queezy. It stops around the 2nd trimest. And what you can do now is to try to keep something in you stomic. Even if it's just crackers. Especialy in the morning before getting out of bed. You can keep them in your night stand. It'd low blood sugar from not eating that makes for morning sickness. Hope I was of some help.
